319 Jarvis St is located in downtown Toronto near the Garden District, just a short walk from both Toronto Metropolitan University and the University of Toronto, as well as close to the Financial District, making it extremely convenient for students and professionals. It is also near the Eaton Centre and Yonge-Dundas Square, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The building, known as Prime Condos, is modern and includes amenities like a gym, study spaces, and 24/7 concierge, which is ideal for young professionals and students. The area has excellent transit access, with subway stations and streetcars nearby, making commuting across the city very easy. However, it is close to Moss Park, so you may notice some street activity and homelessness, particularly at night. While generally safe during the day, it’s important to stay aware in the evenings. Overall, it’s a great choice for convenience and city living, though not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet or upscale neighborhood.

Both of us are currently working while finishing our undergraduate studies at Toronto Metropolitan University. We are responsible, organized, and focused on our careers, and we will both be starting full-time roles soon. We maintain a balanced lifestyle and value a clean, respectful, and professional living environment.
