I’ve been living here since 2018. It’s in a great location, and the landlord is fantastic; he’s very on top of issues that come up in the unit, and keeps me informed when there’s stuff going on in the building. It’s just off of 8th street, which means there are tons of things within walking distance! Power and water are included. We’ll split the internet bill evenly. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or building.

I’m 33, aroace, and identify as non-binary (AFAB). I’m into gaming and stargazing, and I’m a huge homebody. 😭 I’m hoping to find a quiet, like-minded roommate who’s open to possibly becoming friends. It’s just me and my 12yo cat in the unit. I don’t smoke, drink, party, or have guests over. I’m possibly on the spectrum, so I can be quite awkward socially, but I’m pretty open-minded and friendly once you get me out of my shell. ✨
