Location: Dupont + Davenport, near Casa Loma
Rental Terms: Lease takeover: Current tenants seeking to add a new roommate to the annual lease agreement. Our landlord has approved this search and will require review and approval of your application.
Accessibility: We are on the main floor of the house, there are 6 steps to get into the unit itself. The driveway/walk up to the front door is on a slight incline.
Preferred age range for roommate: Late 20s - Late 30s.

About the roomies
We are three women in our late 20s/late 30s. All of us are masterโs degree graduates from U of T. One roomie currently works from home. Typically, we keep mostly to ourselves and have some group living room streaming/movie watching together from time to time. We like to play video games, read, and bake/cook in our downtime! Two of us are home often, one of us is out a lot for work. Mostly a non-drinking home. 420 and smoker-friendly, but only outside. This is not a house for parties/large gatherings/partners to come and stay over frequently.
