Accessibility: We are on the main floor of the house, there are 6 steps to get into the unit itself. The driveway/walk up to the front door is on a slight incline.

Two of us are home often, one of us is out a lot for work. Mostly a non-drinking home. 420 and smoker-friendly, but only outside. This is not a house for parties/large gatherings/partners to come and stay over frequently.
