Room is fairly large 14’ sq ft with Queen sized bed, full dresser and wardrobe, two end-tables. It is in the basement with 1 small basement window. Bathroom is shared, but you would have your own space for items in shower and shelf space for other storage. Everyone uses their own products, and does not use others. Walking distance to the Georgian Mall, grocery stores, & public transit.

Relaxed, no-drama environment. Not really too social here. We have the occasional chats or sometimes order food and eat together. But privacy is definitely respected. There are 4 others here, but after working all day mostly we just want to eat and chill or do our own things in our own space.
