This is a 3 bedroom apartment on the main floor of a triplex. The house comes furnished and the rent price includes all utilities. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and is close to Queen’s University and Kingston Centre. We have a great landlord and the house is well kept by the property managers. We have centralized heating and last summer we got an air conditioner for the unit. There is space in the back to park for an extra monthly fee. The unit and available bedroom comes furnished with a twin sized bed, a dresser, and a desk. If you have your own bedroom furniture that you would like to bring, we can ask the land lord about swapping them out. The unit is available starting May 1st, but June 1st is also an option.

Our names are Kate and Stephanie. We have lived here for 3 years and are both young working professionals. We are looking for another female working professional to sign on to the house. We are easy-going, tidy, and respectful of our surroundings. Please reach out with any questions. We hope to set up showings of the house soon.
