All bedrooms are located on floors 2–4, offering privacy and a comfortable living environment. Common areas including the kitchen and living area are located on the main floor. Laundry facilities are located on the basement level. These spaces are shared with other tenants and the homeowner in a quiet household setting.

Pets, smoking, marijuana use, and visitors are not allowed.
