Our house is 10 minutes from the college. All the rooms have locks. All are fully furnished and with double beds. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a 4pc bath. 2 bedrooms in the basement share a 4pc bath. There is a common area fully furnished. A full equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils etc. You only need to bring your own soap, towels and bedding. Wifi and all utilities are included. Lots of parking. Back deck with bbq is available to use as well. Receipts are given. All tenants should have their own tenants insurance.

We have rented to students for over 25 years. Some have come back year after year until they graduate. We have gone to a couple of weddings of our students. We keep the house clean and the yard etc. When something needs to be fixed it is done right away. We encourage the students to clean up after themselves and make sure they work together to keep the bathrooms cleaned etc. I go down during the Christmas break and reading week and clean up a bit as well - I usually clean the stove and wash the floors etc.
