This is a whole, fully furnished house with 3 bedrooms - 1 queen bed, 1 double, and 1 single bed. It is very nice and clean. All appliances, utilities, and Wi-Fi are included. Bell ExpressVu is also included. There is parking out front and about a 10-minute walk to the college. This house is rented for the September to April school term. 2 rooms are left for the summer - May to August.

We live right next door and take care of the grass, snow removal and my husband takes the garbage tote out to the road each week. We are there if anything breaks or if a renter has concerns. The students are responsible for keeping the house clean. In April I go in and thoroughly clean the house and paint if necessary. it is a well kept clean house and usually rents right away.
