Looking for a roommate for May 1 possibly earlier and flexible.
My roommate is moving out so I am looking for someone to take their part of the lease.
I live in Mission right by the river so close to downtown 17th ave but also in a quiet area by the river for summertime. This place is wonderful in the summer! I am looking for someone LGBTQIA+ friendly. I prefer female but am open. I have 2 cats so you would need to be ok with cats!
Rent will be $1150 + SD same. This includes all utilities and a parking spot.
About the roomies
I am in my 30’s and enjoy having movies at home but also enjoy beers on the patio.
