Room + private washroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Looking for an individual roommate (vegan/vegetarian preferred) to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Room will be unfurnished.
- Location is amazing, right by Lake Banook
- Right next to Superstore, walking distance
- Most essentials are a 5 minute drive.
- Underground parking for additional $150 if available.
- Small gym in the building
- In-suit laundry and dishwasher
The room is small but has an attached bathroom that is all yours. You are also welcome to set up a desk in the living room. Please note the room does not have a window.
About the roomies
I’m a 37 year old (F) therapist, working from home doing virtual therapy about 3-4 days a week. I go to the gym in the mornings and usually have some activities in the evenings such as swing dance or circus classes. I am quiet when I’m at home, I like to read or watch shows. I don’t have big parties but I may have a board game night once a month and have a friend over maybe once a week. I am very clean and tidy, and looking for the same.
My home is important to me and I’m looking for the right person to share it with. Someone who is clean, friendly and responsible. I am vegan and though cooking meat in the house makes me a little bit uncomfortable, I am willing to make arrangements with the right person if they cook/eat meat.
