Bright south facing top floor apartment with ensuite laundry+ dishwasher, balcony, ocean views, brand new building! Two bathrooms so you will have your own bathroom! The room is unfurnished but can include a bed if needed. The building has a rooftop patio with BBQs and fire tables, perfect for entertaining. Looking for a roomie for May 1st- end of August but dates are flexible. One roommate (35F)

My name is T, I am a daytime working professional that works from home. I am respectful and considerate, I like to have my shared spaces clean, I’m easy going and like my downtime/quiet time but like to socialize as well. I’m a busy person that’s involved in community activities so I’m out of the apartment a decent amount of the time! Im a vegetarian so hoping to live with someone who’s also vegetarian but not necessary. I have a dog that lives here part time that is a schnauzer- poodle
