Large single bedroom available in the basement of a 4 bedroom all girls house. The room comes with your own washroom and a large window. You will have the entire downstairs floor to yourself, except when we do laundry, so you will have lots of privacy. Our shared kitchen, dining space and living room have lots of natural lighting and the living room is very spacious. The backyard includes a deck and plenty of space for gatherings. It’s an excellent location, with a 5-10 minute walk from all amenities and multiple bus stops that will take you to campus and around Guelph. Wifi and utilities are seperate.

We are three female students going into our third year. We are all studying bachelors of science. We value a clean house and open communication between roommates. We are all pretty easygoing and friendly. Plus we enjoy the occasional game night, and we WILL invite you to join us! Expectations: We value keeping the common areas to a certain degree of cleanliness, and we expect you to also contribute to keeping the common areas (kitchen and living room) clean. We also expect you to be respectful of noise levels and other people’s belongings.
