Bathroom: shared with only one (1) UTSC female student

Location: Morningside and Ellesmere Internet included: yes, unlimited Wifi Utilities included: some utilities included.Electricity will be equally divided among the 3 tenants. Roughly a minimum of $16++. Although, these will depend on their consumption.

Laundry on-site: yes Furnished: yes Coed: female only, preferably a student ( absolutely non-smoker) and no-pets

Total # of people living in the house: 3( including you). NO LANDLORDS.

Pet friendly: NO Additional Information: this location is at least 12 minutes walk to UTSC main entrance, across or steps to Centennial Morningside Campus and PAN-AM, steps to bust stops, 3 minutes drive to highway 401 exit and 15 minutes walk down to Morningside Park.

Parking available: underground parking but extra $$

Currently, 3 female students living there. Two female UTSC students and one female student from Centennial. One will be away for 4 months (summer) from May to August 2026.. need somebody who is doing summer classes.
