Location: The apartment is connected to a bunch of things—the college subway station, 2 grocery stores (Metro and Farmboy), a planet fitness gym, a food court, coffee shops, an LCBO, Rexall, TD, amongst other things (google “college park” to find out more). All this is in the basement, so the residential part isn’t negatively affected by it. The building faces a park (see photo for view of the park from living room of the apartment).

Details about my apartment: it is roughly 924sqft. It is west facing and overlooks the park rather than a building or the main road (as pictured). This means the place gets a lot of direct sunlight, and we don’t hear the traffic at all. There isn’t in unit laundry, but the washer and dryer is on the same floor across from my unit. There is also a gym and sauna on the same floor, as well as a large patio.

Room furnishing: the apartment (including kitchen) is fully furnished. The bedroom has a desk,office chair, cupboard with hangers and organizing bins, and a cot.
