This is a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 room availability. I am currently looking for 1 female roommate. The apartment is affordable and in a prime location. It is walking distance or one bus ride away from Centennial College Progress Campus and walking distance from the STC. Your lease would be from May 1st until September with possibility of extension. The apartment has 1 bathroom (shared), a dishwasher and a washer and dryer and two bedrooms with one room that will be available in May/June. The bedroom has a lock and key for extra privacy. The living room furniture is provided. The bedroom furniture (Bed, desk, etc.) is not provided but I can provide a bed if renter cannot provide their own. The building has a concierge and 24 hour security. The building amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, a gym, ping pong table, billiards room, library/office space, and an outdoor patio with a BBQ that opens in the summer.

Hi, I am a female in my twenties. I work in Child and Youth Care and work lots of evenings. I like to have movie nights with my friend. I graduated from Centennial College in 2025 and moved into this building soon after. I am introverted but go out occasionally. I keep to myself and I am looking for a roommate who is looking for a place to live in the summer.
