This is a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 room availability. I am currently looking for 1 female roommate. The apartment is affordable and in a prime location. It is walking distance or one bus ride away from Centennial College Progress Campus and walking distance from the STC. Your lease would be from May/June until September with possibility of extension. The apartment has 1 bathroom (shared), a dishwasher and a washer and dryer and two bedrooms with one room that will be available in May/June. The living room furniture is provided. The bedroom furniture (Bed, desk, etc.) is not provided but I can provide a bed if renter cannot provide their own. The building has a concierge and 24 hour security. The building amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, a gym, ping pong table, billiards room, library/office space, and an outdoor patio with a BBQ that opens in the summer.

Hi, I am a female in my twenties. I work in Child and Youth Care and work lots of evenings. I like to have movie nights with my friend. I graduated from Centennial College in 2025 and moved into this building soon after. I am introverted but go out occasionally. I keep to myself and I am looking for a roommate who is looking for a place to live in the summer.
