I am looking for someone to sublet for May-August :) The dates can be negotiated. It’s located in South End Halifax, a 10 minute walk away from SMU, and easily accessible for main bus lines!! A 10 minute bus drive away from downtown Halifax, and you’ll be in a partially furnished private bedroom in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment. Everything is included in the rent — wifi, power, ac, water, heat, etc.
About the roomies
You’ll be staying with two girls who are both SMU students. They’re friendly and kind, and love animals :) If you have a cat, that’s okay too!!
