We currently live at 36 Lisgar Street and love the building so much that we are looking to sign a new lease for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit right here in the same building. We are looking for a roommate to team up with us What you get: > * 1 Private Bedroom, 1 Private Bathroom The Financials: The total lease for the apartment will be $2,500/month. Your share of the rent: $1,250/month (50/50 split for the rooms)
Your share of utilities: $60/month (Total utilities are ~$120/month: $50 WiFi, $50 Electricity, Home Insurance)
Total monthly cost: ~$1,300/month We are happy to show you our current place so you can get a feel for the layout, the building, and how we keep our space!
We are a quiet, introverted couple who prioritize a healthy and active lifestyle. We spend our time working out, working on ourselves, and enjoying a peaceful home environment. How we live: We are very clean and always tidy up after ourselves in the common areas. We do not host parties or have visitors over. We value a quiet, drama-free sanctuary. What we are looking for: We are looking for a like-minded roommate who expects the same! The ideal person is clean, respectful, and also prefers a quiet home without parties or frequent guests.
