Looking for a someone to be assigned the remainder of lease for months of May to August, with possibility to renew with landlord. Currently there are two other male roomates living on our floor of the building.

All utilities included. Laundry on site. Comes furnished (minus bigger computer desk).

Single occupancy(overnight guests allowed), no smoking, no pets.
