Centretown Room available. Roommate is moving out end of April, so it would be a lease takeover starting in May. The other half of a 2bed 2 bath apartment. Located on Albert and Bay Street. I’m currently in the smaller room with the bathroom and tub across the hall; bigger room with the bathroom has the stand in shower. Rooms are on opposite sides of the unit. Pictures are of my room, but other room is available for viewing as well. There’s in suite laundry, A/C, balcony, gym, games room, tv room, rooftop terrace, underground parking for a fee. Building is connected to a restaurant and a convenience store. Right outside is a bus stop. Managed by District Realty, you will need to apply and they approve. You would be paying $1250/month, excluding internet and hydro, around $150 for both. I am the roommate staying. I’m not fussy on which room you’d prefer as both are available for viewing. Pets are allowed, however I am allergic to dander, mostly to cats. I work downtown Mon-Fri 9-5. I’m quiet, tidy, clean, and keep to myself. Looking for long-term roommate.
