I’m looking for a roommate to share my 3 ½ apartment in downtown Montréal. You’d have the private bedroom in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The room is fully furnished, spacious, and gets lots of natural light during the day.

I’ll be living and sleeping in the living room, but it’s still a shared space and you’re welcome to use it as well.

The apartment is available right away, and I’m flexible on the move-in date. I’m also open to either short-term or longer-term stays.

The place is on rue Drummond, just steps from McGill, Concordia, Peel metro, and Mount Royal. It’s on the 8th floor, laundry is in the basement, and the building has a doorman, which is super convenient for packages. The HVAC system was renovated this summer and works well in both winter and summer.

Rent is $700/month, excluding utilities (hydro, internet, and insurance).

Je cherche un·e colocataire pour partager mon appartement 3 ½ au centre-ville de Montréal. Tu aurais la chambre privée dans un appartement avec une chambre et une salle de bain. La chambre est entièrement meublée, spacieuse et reçoit beaucoup de lumière naturelle pendant la journée.

Moi, je vis et je dors dans le salon, mais ça reste un espace partagé et tu peux bien sûr l’utiliser aussi.

L’appartement est disponible immédiatement, et je suis flexible pour la date d’emménagement. Je suis aussi ouverte à une location de courte ou de plus longue durée.

L’appartement est situé sur la rue Drummond, à deux pas de McGill, Concordia, du métro Peel et du Mont-Royal. Il est au 8e étage, la buanderie est au sous-sol, et l’immeuble a un portier, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour les colis. Le système de chauffage/climatisation a été rénové cet été et fonctionne très bien autant en hiver qu’en été.

Le loyer est de 700 $ par mois, sans les services (hydro, internet et assurance).

I’m Arya, 25. I recently finished my master’s in Atmospheric Sciences at McGill, and I’m currently job hunting while taking French full-time. I’m easy-going, flexible, clean, and generally pretty quiet (except when I play accordion haha). When I’m home, I usually cook, bake, knit, or watch movies on the projector.

I’m hoping to find someone around my age who’s respectful and easy to live with. Since we’ll be sharing the apartment, I’d like to get to know you a bit first.

Je m’appelle Arya, j’ai 25 ans. Je viens de terminer ma maîtrise en sciences de l’atmosphère à McGill, et je suis actuellement à la recherche d’un emploi tout en étudiant le français à temps plein. Je suis plutôt relax, flexible, propre et généralement assez tranquille (sauf quand je joue de l’accordéon haha). À la maison, j’aime cuisiner, faire de la pâtisserie, tricoter ou regarder des films avec le projecteur.

J’aimerais trouver quelqu’un à peu près de mon âge, respectueux et agréable à vivre. Comme on partagera l’appartement, j’aimerais apprendre à te connaître un peu avant.
