We’re looking for a female housemate to join our cozy and beautiful house!

A cozy ~120sqft private and furnished room with large, bright windows overlooking the street with mirrored sliding walk-in closet. Asking $800/mo including utilities+ internet.

• The backyard is huge, and we have a firepit ⛺🔥, bbq, and picnic table🧺!
• The kitchen is also huge, and easily accommodates making dinner with a whole group for summertime bbqs 🍢, and wintertime dinners 🥘.

• A cozy back deck for reading 📚 & studying.
• A cozy reading nook for when you want a quiet place to study that isn’t your bedroom.
