My roommate is moving out on April 1st, so ideally looking for someone for that date - though open to mid April. The unit is on month-to-month.
About the unit:
Private bright bedroom in 4 bed unit, perfect location opposite trinity Bellwoods park. High ceilings, old wooden floors. Comes partially furnished, with tall black cupboard. Utilities included. No laundry (Few laundromats near by). Dishwasher.
Its a funny house. Great vibes. The lease may be re-negotiated in a few months and there’s possibility of getting your name on it.
Documents needed: First and last months rent, employment letter / pay stubs, and previous landlord reference (can be international)
Ideally credit report.

Tushar (me/he/him) works as a marketing manager for KPMG, loves solo travel going on bereavement leaves from work (his grandad has passed three times in last few years)
