• A bed, chair and bookshelf will be provided in the bedroom.
• All basic appliances such as a fridge, microwave, air fryer and toaster will be provided.
• Location is walking distance from Lees O-Train station.
• Loblaws is also within walking distance, as well as many fast food restaurants and cafés.
• Convenience store on the ground floor.
• Overnight stay for visitors not allowed.
• A working professional or student is preferred.
• First and last month’s rent to be paid upfront.

I am a professional who has been working in the construction industry for the past 3 years. I am also a uOttawa graduate in the field of Mechanical Engineering. My brother, who also lives in the apartment with me, is currently a first-year student at Carleton University. We are both quiet, clean and respectful individuals who are happy to support you during your stay in our apartment should you require anything.
