I am a 22 year old woman looking for a roommate. I would prefer other female roommates that value an organized and clean space like I do. There are 3 rooms total, 2 are currently rented by me and one other woman. Rent is month to month
Room for rent in a basement apartment comes with a bed. Available for 750$ Single Occupancy per room Shared bathroom with shower.
Utilities, laundry, wifi and full kitchen. Dishwasher doesn’t work, but there’s a large two basin sink. Lots of storage and large closets and windows! Right next to the bus stop and a beautiful park. Security system with outside cameras.
No smoking, no vaping, no parties, no unprescribed drugs, no kids, woman only please. There are already 2 cats in the space, but other pets may be considered for the right renter. enter

I am a 22 year girl with 2 adorable cat I love more then anything. I’m a friendly person, but use my home as my down time space. I’m quite and clean, and love making crafty things in my spare time.
