About the room
Hello everyone! 👋
I am looking to sublet my (unfurnished) room for a move in sometime between April 1st-May 1st until Aug 31st with the possibility to renew the lease in September. This is a 4 bedroom semi-basement suite located in Gordon Head so close to UVIC. The #12 bus stops directly outside the house, and the #27 and #28 busses are just a short walk up the road.
The Deets:
There is a spacious kitchen, bathroom, living and dining area, garden and garage with 2 sets of laundry machines that are shared with the upstairs tenants. If you have a car, there is driveway parking included as well!
Rent is 850/month plus 25/month for a shared wifi and cable plan

About the roomies
The other three roomies are all long term tenants and former or current students at UVIC. We are a pretty crafty household, so we would regularly do art nights and that sort of thing!
