This country home has no steps, no second floor and no basement. Everything is on ground level and the home is located on Lake Couchaching . The kitchen, living room, laundry room and both bathrooms are shared with the 64 year old female homeowner and a 25 year old male working professional. I keep the house very clean and tidy and I am looking for a tenant who exceptionally clean and tidy. You will have your own new stainless steel refrigerator and storage cabinets for your dry goods. There are two bathrooms in the house but only one of the bathrooms had a bathtub and shower the other bathroom is just a toilet with a sink. Your belongings would need to be able to fit in your room so if you have addition furnishings a second vehicle, a trailer etc you would need to find alternate storage. You would be able to store things like your winter tires in the garage. This is country home surrounded by lots of trees and wildlife. If you like cottage style country living this might be the perfect place for you. Grab your morning coffee head down to the waterfront and lounge on a comfy wicker chair overlooking the water and enjoy the tranquility. This is a very quiet and peaceful home with quiet working professionals and not a party house. As much as I love animals I cannot accommodate pets due to allergies. Smoking is permitted but outside only or in the enclosed Muskoka room. This room would suit best suit a working professional or someone who is retired.
