About the room
The Room & Apartment: Available for a lease takeover from April 1st to February 2027. You will have the private Master Bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. The room is unfurnished, but the common living area is partially furnished. The condo is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with an in unit laundry.
Location & Transit:Unbeatable location near St. Lawrence Market! You are steps away from amazing grocery stores, restaurants, and local events. Commuting: Ideally situated for transit users, with a short walk to Union Station and easy access to multiple TTC routes.
Rent & Utilities: Rent: $1,350/month. Parking: Parking spot is included. Utilities: Heat and water are included. Hydro and Wi-Fi are split between us. Pro-Tip: If you don’t have a car, we can rent the spot to another building resident (typically $200/month) to cover our hydro and Wi-Fi bills entirely!
