About the room
Condo with amenities. 10 minutes away walking from UofT Saint George and 10 minutes away from Queens Park station and Wellesley station. Partially furnished (room unfurnished), planning on expanding on the furniture once my current roommate moves out and take some of it.
About the roomies
It would be just me, I am someone who enjoys having a clean and quiet home. I spend most of my time here and I do my best to not inconvenience anyone else so I’d appreciate that same treatment back. I’m pretty social and extroverted so I don’t mind talking about anything. I have a girlfriend but I won’t have her over if someone else is here, likewise I’d expect to have this place to be my home and my roommates home and so I don’t want to inconvenience with someone else’s presence.
