It’s a fantastic location right on the edge of maillardville. It’s a ground floor basement suite so no downstairs do deal with. It’s a Private room with its own sliding door and wide window. Very chill environment. There is a covered smoking section outside. Cat friendly but you must keep your cat in your room. I have one senior cat that likes his personal space. Shared accommodations within the living room, kitchen, washroom and laundry room. Very close to the hwy exit and bus stops for the #156 on the street. Parking is available on the street. Great opportunity for a student or single person
