3 bed - 2 bath (1194 sqft) located near the Valley Line (5 minute walk) to Churchill LRT station (also reachable without Valley Line via 10min walk), surrounded within one block of Asian restaurants and grocery stores, high-level luxury apartment, provided with a view overlooking the entire South-West and a balcony. The private bedroom rented will have a shared bathroom, unfurnished for 700 but furnishable for a higher negotiable price. It’s a fairly new building equipped with heating, air conditioning, etc. but utilities are not included in the price. About the roomies
We are two male UofA students who are looking for people who are clean, respectful, understanding, LGBTQ+ friendly, and able to show proof of financial security.
