Bright, peaceful, fully furnished room with a secure private lock in a calm, respectful home. The space gets beautiful natural light, offers great privacy, and is set up for comfort and ease. The property is quiet, clean, and backs into walking/biking paths. Myself and my 21 year old daughter who is attending college live here with our dog Lily.
Shared kitchen includes a mini fridge with freezer and your own pantry shelving. Shared bathroom includes your own sink and dedicated under‑sink storage. Shared laundry and a small workout area are available.
Located in a safe, walkable neighbourhood close to transit (10‑minute walk to Shawnessy C‑Train), 10 minutes from Spruce Meadows, and steps from parks, walking trails, and the Fish Creek pathway system, plus all everyday amenities.

The home is shared with a mother and 21 year old and their dog Lily. We appreciate a clean, calm environment. We communicate well, respect boundaries, and enjoy a peaceful household. There’s also a sweet lab cross dog who adds to the cozy vibe. Must be ok with dogs.
