We’re in a 4-bedroom house in Mississauga with driveway parking available. The house is fully furnished except for your room and has two separate living spaces, so there’s always somewhere to hang out or have your own space.

The room is 10x10 with a full wall closet, so lots of storage.

There’s one shared full bathroom with one shower plus a half bath, a dining area, and a partially finished basement with extra storage. We also have a bonus room we currently use as a guest room, but it could easily be used as an office if you work from home.

The backyard is a big plus in the summer. It has a deck, BBQ, grass space, and a covered seating area.

Location-wise, everything is super convenient. Food Basics, Shoppers, Tim Hortons, a dispensary, and a gas station are all within walking distance, and transit is very accessible. Not everyone here has a car and it’s never been an issue.

We also have one dog and one cat. Both are friendly, but we aren’t looking to add more pets.

We have an air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, rice cooker, insta pot, full fridge and mini fridge and a deep freezer in the basement. We have a washer and dryer in the basement. Both TVs have chrome cast.

Rent: $800 per month plus utilities which usually range from $90 to $150 Utilities are: internet, water, alectra and enbridge

Move-in: June 1 To secure the room, last month’s rent is required upfront. First month is due on move in

Parking: driveway available

Guests are totally fine. If someone is staying longer than a week, we just check in with everyone

Cleaning wise, we’re tidy but not intense. Just clean up after yourself, especially in shared spaces.

We’re looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and clean in shared spaces.

You don’t need to be best friends with us, but someone who’s comfortable in a social house is ideal. We do have friends over sometimes, especially in the summer, but it’s definitely not a party house.

If you’re someone who wants a relaxed, comfortable home where people are considerate and the vibe is balanced, you’ll fit in really well here.

Not the right fit for someone looking for a super quiet, no-guests type of home

Allison (31) works from home in insurance and has the master bedroom. She’s usually working during the day, then at the gym, gaming, or planning her next trip. She’s not big on partying, more into hosting the occasional BBQ, birthday, or holiday get together.

Kilsi (26) is Allison’s boyfriend and also good friends with Liz. He shares the master with Allison right now but plans to move out in the spring to be closer to work downtown. He’s quiet, respectful, and keeps to himself. You’ll usually find him gaming, playing basketball, or just doing his own thing.

Liz (25) is super positive and social, and honestly brings a lot of life into the house. She’s close friends with Kilsi and has a great relationship with everyone here. She loves cooking, being outside, and having friends over, especially on summer evenings. She’s currently away until early April but will be back.

Overall, the house has a nice balance. We’re friendly and social, but everyone also respects each other’s space and routines.
