The room is a giant 200sq(note to self, get exact measurements) room SW facing. Plenty of space for king bed and desk and other furniture. Closet is pseudo walk in at 6x6. Windows on two walls for lots of light
I listed the bathroom as shared as guests will use it and my son likes to bath in it sometimes, (the basement bathroom doesn’t have a tub) but it won’t be shared full time.
This is a large house (2319sq per floor) bungalow that sits on over 2 acres of land. We get turkeys, deer, foxes etc in the yard for those nature lovers out there.
All inclusive rate. Internet is 3Gb Bell fiber with wifi7. Large driveway so no fighting over parking. Large deck and yard. We back onto Greensmere golf course so great for any golfers out there.
It seems far away but it is just off the March road exit so easy access to Kanata or downtown.
My wife (40s) and I (50s) and our 7 year old son live in the basement of a 4600sq bungalow (2319 upstairs and down. I work from home in IT and my wife works downtown twice a week as a legal assistant.
There is a third bedroom, but I expect that will be an office or storage or guest room. Right now it is gutted because it used to be the laundry room
