Hello! My current roommate is moving out in April and now I’m looking for a new female roommate to move into the second bedroom (UNFURNISHED) for a MAY-1ST move-in date. The place is furnished except for the bedroom.

Minutes to the GO/UPX bloor station and a 10-minute walk to Dundas West subway station. A 10-minute walk to Shoppers Drug Mart and Freshco. The neighbourhood encompasses a number of local stores, coffee shops and High Park.

ABOUT ME I’m a 31-year old female working in a marketing agency. I work hybrid (3 days in-office & 2-days WFH) and have a routine lifestyle. Outside of work, I regularly practice yoga at a nearby yoga studio and love going to coffee shops on weekends.

I’m looking for someone peaceful, tidy, and communicative, preferably in their late twenties or early thirties. Ideally we can be friends, having occasional chats or meals, but also respect each other’s space. Sporadic friend visits are fine with advanced notice but no parties welcome.
