Looking for a respectful roommate, clean, quiet male roommate as I’m 27 and work full time. I don’t own the place I rent the downstairs apartment, the landlord lives upstairs but is very respectful and to himself. I move in April 1st myself, you can either move in April 1st or later but no later than may 1st.
