About the room
The place is a house of 6 in a neighbourhood in Old North, just a 10-minute walk from Western University campus!
The house comes furnished, and my room includes a double bed, desk & chair, full-size mirror, and dresser. I’ll be taking my personal items home, so the rest of the space is yours to make your own!
It’s a basement room with a full-size window, your own private full bathroom, and access to a kitchenette downstairs or the full kitchen upstairs.
Bus access is super convenient with a few routes just a short walk away, making it easy to get to campus or downtown. You’re also really close to nice walking spots like Gibbons Park, the river paths, and Harris Park—perfect if you enjoy being outside!
The sublet would be from early May to the end of August (flexible/negotiable). Rent is $700/month + utilities, which are approximately $50/month (including water, hydro, electricity, and wifi).
About the roomies
No one is staying for the summer, so it would just be you!
I’m just looking for someone I can trust to take care of the space while I’m home for the summer! I’ll send photos right after this, but let me know if you have any other questions at all 😊
