The apartment is on the 12th floor and is a corner unit. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom so we each have our own bathroom. The apartment is furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished. There’s a robot that vacuums the apartment daily and mops it twice a week. There’s underground parking available for an extra 150$/mo per car. There’s also a car wash and dog washing station. There’s a gym on the first floor. Coming this summer is a rooftop community area, a golf simulator and a game room. There’s also a coffee shop, a SPA and an art gallery outside on the first floor. The is also a small grocery store opening this spring or summer.
