Looking for a female sublet for July-August

This is a private bedroom on the top floor of a 2 level apartment. Big room with lots of sunlight!! The common areas are shared (kitchen, living room and bathroom). There will be 1 other girl living in the house over the summer as well. Looking for someone clean and quiet.
House is rlly close to Dalhousie campus about a 10 min walk. Located on a quiet street close to to grocery store.
The room will be furnished, and wifi and utilities are included!
About the roomies
There will be one other girl living there over the summer. She is in second year at Dalhousie as well and studying Commerce. Very friendly, chill, clean, and quiet. :)
