I’m looking for 3 new roommates for a shared single-family home. It’s a 4-bed / 2-bath house located right near Trinity Bellwoods. Includes a basement and all common living areas. Each bedroom is quite spacious and on an upper level.   Move-in date: Immediately - May 1 (flexible). Long-term preferred.   Price: $1350 for the smaller room (bedroom 1) and $1550 for each of the larger rooms, including utilities. Wifi is separate and approximately $17.50/month per person.   Included: Utilities, laundry, and pictured furniture unless otherwise indicated (please don’t bring a couch!)   Not included: Wifi, parking (on-street parking can be arranged)   Location: Queen & Strachan   Rent controlled: House occupied prior to November 2018 - rent will not change during the duration of your tenancy.

Required documents: Proof of income (or guarantor), credit check, references, and first + last month’s rent.   Additional Info: The house is spacious, bright, and located in a relatively quiet part of the neighbourhood. It includes a shared front patio, dining room, living room, kitchen, sunroom, backyard, and basement. Each bathroom (one on the second floor and one in the basement) has its own shower. There is also a brand-new LG washer/dryer set available at no extra cost.   Trinity Bellwoods is about a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a great neighbourhood bar right on the street. No Frills and other everyday amenities are also within easy walking distance.

The house is generally calm during the week (with work/school schedules), and more social and relaxed on weekends. We’d share responsibility for keeping common spaces clean and tidy. Guests are of course welcome, but please be mindful of everyone in the house.

No smoking indoors. Pets are welcome. Single occupancy only (no couples). Females preferred.

I’m someone who likes a clean (but cozy) space, sharing meals, hosting occasionally, and relaxing alone. I’d love to live with people who are friendly and open to chatting/hanging out, but who also respect each other’s routines and personal space. For me, it’s important that home feels warm and comfortable for everyone.
