I am looking for a female roommate, ideally a working professional or mature student. The rent is $1050 plus $50 for internet. All utilities are included in that price (electricity, water, etc).

The room is available immediately, there are some furnishings in the room which can stay or be thrown out.

I am a working female and often away on weekends. I enjoy doing Pilates in my spare time.
