I absolutely hate having to do this, but I am. My ex roommate who was absolutely shitty was kicked out and finally got all her stuff out just last week. I am able to pay rent in full, but I need help with utilities. Water bill right now is $288, hydro bill will be close to $200- could even be more. That’s how much ex roommate was paying. I got my kids back from cfs not long ago and need to register them again for child tax, in the meantime only getting $441 from EIA a month. I am terrified of bugs, ex roommate brought them in, thankfully took them with her- the bed bugs I know for sure are gone although I’m PARANOID and am constantly checking. Its been over 2 months. Cockroaches haven’t noticed any either. All my stuff and my kids stuff was never touched nor infested. So no bringing in bugs, no other pets as we’re in a small space, and as I said - trying to rehome dog so we have more room. Washing machine and dryer in basement through the trap door of the bathroom, so don’t have to go anywhere. 🤣

I am a transgender agender individual with xe/xem neo pronouns. I currently have a lab/chow whose super friendly, great with people but have been trying to rehome him. I also have 2 pet rats. Another huge thing is I have 2 kids, we sleep in the bedroom, play in the living room and bedroom. Living room is where ex roommate had her stuff. I am a very clean person, very minimal stuff, and this place will be getting treated for mold in the spring as well as the ceiling being fixed. This is a temporary place until the lease ends and can get a bigger place. Must absolutely respect me and my kids first and foremost. I’m a very open, easygoing person. I have literally no friends because they were shit to my kids. I’m also cannabis friendly but I only vape! My youngest knows cannabis as medicine so its not hidden. My oldest is special needs which we will be having children’s disability services in the home too. My youngest is in school 8:50am-11:30am, my oldest is 8:50am-3:30pm. If you’re not okay with my kids being in the living room/around your stuff/being curious/asking “what’s this?” Several times and not working with me, then don’t message. Its a small place which is all I could afford. Been living here since October 2025.
