About the room
Hi there! I am looking to fill 2 rooms of a 3 bed 1.5 bath house. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms are all shared. The house used to be an AirBnB so it comes fully furnished (even down to cookware). The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and it gets lots of great sun!
It’s in a great location, right above quinnpool, only 2 min walk to superstore and 15-20 minute walk to Dal campus. It’s also near the commons and oval, and lots of great cafes.
The lease term runs from Sept 2026 - April 2027 with the option to extend with the utilities, wifi, and laundry included.
I have lived here the past two years and have had a great experience with the house and landlord. The unit is on the top floor of a two story house but the downstairs neighbors are super respectful. My previous roommates are just graduating so I’m looking for some new roommates!

About the roomies
I am going into my fourth year at Dal in recreation therapy. I’m pretty quiet and spend time during the week studying but still like to have some fun and go out on weekends. I love meeting new people and would love to have some friendship with my roomies! I love spending time outdoors, but am equally happy watching a great tv show on a lazy day.
