About the room

Our home is located in the neighbourhood of Holdom here in Burnaby. We are close to Holdom skytrain and Brentwood mall. In this beautiful part of town you will have access to parks, trails to do some hiking, restaurants, grocery stores and close to Highway 1. Laundry at home. Big garden to enjoy as the weather gets better. If you study online or work remotely we have study and work stations around the house. We are one station away and a short bus ride from BCIT Burnaby campus, 30 minutes to downtown, 3 stations away from Production way where you catch the bus to go to SFU Burnaby campus. We are 30 minutes from Douglas college in New West. You will have accessed to Holdom skytrain, buses 133, 134, 136, R5, night buses N9 and N35. So you can get home by train or you can get home on night buses we have transit available 24/7. This ad is for a space in a shared room. You would share room only with one person. About the roomies

The roomies are mostly students or young people working full time. We have lived at the house for about 9 years. Some of the roomies have lived here for 5 or 6 years so we have a lot of long term tenants. Some started university here and now they are graduated and are working. There is a good vibe at the house because we all get along and keep things tidy at home.
