I have a furnished room available from June 1st to August 28th, 2026. Three month rental agreement, with no option to extend. No couples. No Pets.

Shared home in central Canmore. In close proximity to the shops, Dtown, Bus stop, and trails. The location is amazing! South facing backyard and patio.

The room is spacious, bright, and well decorated. Hardwood floors and stunning mountain views. Queen bed, night stand, chair, dresser, and your choice of a standing shelf or a writing table, depending on your needs. Blackout curtains for those shorter nights.✨️ Shared bathroom upstairs. (minimum use by others.) There is a second washroom on the main floor. The tenant on the bottom floor has their own bathroom. Parking and laundry is included. Rent is $1200/month-inclusive of utilities and super speedy internet. Damage deposit is $1200

This townhouse is in a quiet community of long term locals. The home itself is our sanctuary. It’s clean, cozy, and quiet. Artsy and Spiritual vibe. We are introverts that appreciate a space that is healthy, serene, secure, drama free, and safe. We do the majority of our socializing outside of the house. We are non drinkers. We are mostly asleep from 10pm- 6am. You’d need to match this energy. ✨️😌✨️ No party animals or night owls, please.

Two 27 year olds upstairs, and a lady in her 50’s lives on the bottom floor. Long-term locals. Friendly, energetic, and kind.
