The home owner is renting out the upstairs Bedroom, Bathroom and Living room of the residence. The homeowner will reside in the basement with his 2 dogs and cat, and the homeowner and renter will share the kitchen, laundry, back yard, and driveway.

The bedroom is 12ft x 10 ft and the living room is 14 x 14 with large screen TV and speaker system for the renter to use.

The bathroom is spacious with a deep sinker tub.

The kitchen is updated with a gas stove and Ice making fridge. Included with rent is access to the basement for laundry puropses and access with the large backyard with BBQ.

Driveway Parking, Heat, Hydro, WIFI Included.

The residenc eis locate din the desrible Hillpark area of the Hamilton mountain. Close access to Mohawk College, grocery stores, resturaunts, and Limeridge mall.

The homeowner is a 50 year old single male who is employed in a stable career. He is an extrovert/introvert who likes to spend time in the basement of the residence or outside in the backyard.

The homeowner has animals that will have access to the shared areas of the house when the homeowner is home. It is imperative that the renter be an animal person. The renter may also have animals, but they must be submissive and friendly.

The homeowner is easy-going but has lived with students in their 20s and adults in their 40’s. The only thing that matters to the homeowner is that the renter is responsible, trustworthy, respectful, and will pay the rent on time every month.

The renter may have guests; however, they must be responsible and respectful of the homeower’s property.
