Hey! Looking to rent our extra room out for the summer (May-Late Aug/Sept)
This apartment comes with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, in unit laundry and is located 5 mins from uptown, a few mins from IRVING and in a good neighborhood!

Pet friendly but needs to meet the owner beforehand to make sure it’s friendly!☺️
Background checks and damage deposits are required
We’re moving in soon, so the apartment seems unfurnished, but it will slowly start getting settled in and furnished over the next month or so!
About the roomies
We’re 2 girls attending UNBSJ, I’m from Ottawa/Quebec and the other roomie is from Florenceville!
