Large furnished modem bedroom all inclusive in a NiCE area near many amenities. Close access minutes away to QEW 407 Redhill express. City local bus just steps away from my house as well as the new go station. LOtS is street parking as well. Shared newly renovated 4 piece bathroom (your own bathroom I only use it to shower) plus a clean shared fully functional kitchen. The condo is well maintained cleared weekly. Well lit up throughout for night walks. Very peaceful quiet area to reside.
About the roomies
Mature female homeowner living a nice peaceful healthy lifestyle . I do have fur babies (dog/cat) so having no allergies would be recommended to enjoy the house pets love. I’m looking to share home with nice single female only ( no couples) with no over night quest. Required lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle.
- no smoking cigarettes -no recreational drugs -no vaping -non drinker for alcohol consumption I will respect your boundaries and privacy . I also enjoy cooking for prepping my meals. Having conversation together in the shared kitchen if we’re both there then I’m happy too.
