Clean, quiet, private main floor bedroom for rent on the main level of a non smoking house.

Shared kitchen and bathroom with other adults.

I have two golden retriever dogs. Must love dogs.

My current roommate is moving out April 20, 2026 and the room is available to occupy April 25, 2026! LONG TERM RENTING ONLY!

Might consider a short term renter to the right person. Ideal renter is someone who wants to save some cash in shared accommodations !

ALL INCLUSIVE!!! I pay all utilities and internet. Rent is 645 all inclusive !

The room is 9x8.6 and has two closets. It’s not the biggest room and will fit a single bed or futon.

Room will come with a desk, stool, computer chair possibly a new futon . Open to talks with anyone suitable.

Rent is ridiculous and unaffordable for everyone. The rent here is shared accordingly and discounted due to room size .
