The apartment is located right in Liberty Village, right on the corner of East Liberty and Strachan, steps away from the 63 bus and 504 streetcar. Unit is a spacious den with its own door. Building has great amenities, including a spa and a fully equipped gym. You’ll also have your own bathroom! Living room is fully furnished. Rent is $1300, includes wifi. Utilities are typically $30. I’ve included some photos from the listing when I first moved in, happy to take more if required.

I’m a young professional who keeps quiet hours during the week as I work some longer hours. I’m neat and will pick up after myself. I’m very allergic to cats and dogs so unfortunately not a pet friendly apartment.
