We are 3 Filipinas, two student studying healthcare program and one working visa holder, both single. I am a student also, moving back to Alberta on April 18, 2026. Most of the time the other student (who has her own room) only stays here for 3 days as she have overnight job and classes at daytime. We are all kind and friendly. I can say this place is very convenient and has easy access to the buses going to Langara, 29th, and metrotown train station.
